Terms of Service

Last updated July 12, 2026

Welcome to HUE (huebloom.app). By using the site you agree to these terms — they're short and written to be read.

What HUE is

HUE is a guided, self-serve personal color analysis. It combines your answers to a short quiz with an on-device reading of one selfie to place you in one of the twelve seasons of the seasonal color system, then offers a paid full report for your season: 30+ named shades, colors to retire, and makeup, hair and wardrobe guidance.

HUE is styling guidance, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person analysis with a trained colorist, and it makes no medical, dermatological, or psychological claims. Your result depends on the honesty of your answers and the quality and lighting of your photo — a filtered or badly lit selfie will skew it.

The $9 full report

Your use of the report

Your full report is yours for personal use — screenshot it, print it, take it shopping, send it to your hairdresser. Please don't republish or resell the report content as your own product.

Fair limits

HUE is provided "as is." We work hard to make the analysis good, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome from wearing the colors it recommends. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to HUE is limited to the amount you paid us (at most, $9). Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and doesn't let us take away.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives at this page with its date above. Continuing to use HUE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
