How to get a refund
- Email sampetersen909@gmail.com with the subject "HUE refund" from the email address you used at checkout (or forward your Stripe receipt).
- That's it. No reason required — though if you tell us what fell short, it helps us make HUE better.
What happens next
We issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of your email; depending on your bank, the money appears on your statement within 5–10 business days.
The fine print (there barely is any)
The guarantee covers every purchase for 30 days from the checkout date. Since we can't verify purchases without a receipt or checkout email, please send your request from that email or include the receipt. One refund per purchase — after a refund, that purchase's unlock is considered ended.
Lost access instead?
If you cleared your browser data or switched devices and your paid report locked itself, don't refund — email us your receipt and we'll restore your access. You never have to buy twice.
